PERSONAL UPDATE

Dear friends,

at the moment I am going through a deep physical transformation. The altogether process seems to be endless  ....:)
I need lots of rest. So I don't know when I can publish the next message. 
Sometimes such a process  is suddenly  complete. But it could take longer ....

    Dear Ute,

    The transformation process is unlikely to be a instant one.

    Give your physical body another 3~5 years to transform itself.

    Take it slow and easy, and it will be less painful.

    You probably notice that you won't feel like eating most of the time.

    Drink lots of pure drinking water and rest more.
