TO MY DEAR FRIENDS!  

Have you noticed how these universal cosmic currents are our liberation machine! And they are not always pleasant!

Humanity is being presented with their hidden content, now displayed in the open, so enlarged and magnified that finally nobody can ignore it anymore.

This happens on a global and on a personal level.

It is the enormous purification process, the Bulgarian Saint Peter Deunov has spoken of in his “Last Prophecy”. It is the great fire nobody  can escape, and it is dimensionally expanding every day. And only when the fire had its way the truly new world can arise.

All contents ever stored over life times in our subconscious, whether with active or passive participation, whether on the doing end or on the receiving end, and even if we only have been observers, all that content is part of our personal and collective consciousness  and urges now to the surface. And the lines are often very fine between all these levels of participation.

It should tell us that it is not about “guilt”. We all need to go beyond this level of personal emotional involvement. But it is about impersonal recognizing the content of the world consciousness that is now coming forward to be acknowledged and released, by letting go personal and collective identification with it altogether.

Forgiveness, whether for oneself or others, it does not matter, is the requirement. It is nothing but the emerging understanding that No-Thing of all the dramas, hidden or openly known belief systems, emotions, by our  society designated sins, failures and shortcomings, are us. But that we need to let it all go, because of our True Nature that is always Pure, Radiant and Stainless.

It is about the acknowledgment of our Divinity, which is now given the opportunity to emerge and become conscious to those who are willing to truly examine their lives and tendencies. Who are willing to understand that even things that happen “outside” of us, whether to those close to us, or globally, are somehow themes that each one of us is participating in, because we are part of the whole. We are all interconnected.

While the Radiant Giant of the Human Essence that we all share, is rising its head, humanity, i.e. each individual  cell of the human body, each personality, can now participate in this glorious Divine Revelation, to dive into deeper and detached understanding of all the imperfections that are inherent  constituents of this dense reality of separation.

However, the Being who has forgotten their Divine Roots, necessarily must experience everything thinkable in this dense reality, whether “good” or “bad”, "light" or "dark" as unshakable reality. But in the face of the Truth That We Are and that Is beyond duality, it makes ultimately no difference.

It only appears to be tragic when we are captured by the veil of otherness and being lost in a suffering where love is unknown. When we ARE Undivided Love, then everything finds balance.

So, to forgive ourselves and others, is another description for the discovery of our Human Divinity That awakens to the fact that the illusion of failure and artificial darkness  is not part of our Identity.

When we are emerging from the notion of separateness and experience the Oneness of  Consciousness in our heart, the shadows may remain perhaps in our fading memory, but they do not touch us anymore, they do not hurt. Because the heart unifies the broken light of our illusory, artificially manufactured being in the Radiance of Only One Light.

This is the healing of humanity, and each one of us is now being given the chance to accept this transformational fire  for the sake what has been called since ancient times “enlightenment”.

Who is further choosing blindness and separation, they are not yet ready to go through the ordeal of self-and Self-discovery. They prefer to be bound to the masquerade, the mere surface of themselves, because they are afraid to  face their own shadows as they believe in them by condemnation.

But the more they insist on this path the more difficult the coming times will be for them.

We are all together in this, dearest friends, so we cannot judge. We only can live compassion and love. We are not different to them, we only have reached the equilibrium of the tipping of the  scale by already cleansing  “Hercules’ famous cowsheds”.

But this is the time where the light needs  to balance the weight of the unconscious, the denial, the refusal to grow in consciousness.

If you are a carrier of light, you need to nurture that strength in your heart that is both, compassionate and detached, to not to be drawn into the depths of their unfolding abyss.

It does not mean that their suffering does not touch us, but we must not forget ours and their Divinity.

This are the wings that bring us all to the other side.

MY DIVINE  CHILDREN!

Your Mother Gaia is proudly and happily watching you, my children, regaining what you once lost! Even more, you are growing beyond what once you have been! Some of you already showing the signs of the new human race, and I Am celebrating this with great Happiness!

Part of your growth is that you realigned with My Spirit, adapting to My Own Ascended State of Consciousness.

That I have ascended is thanks to many of you Beings of Light who invoked the Light onto this planet, connecting your soul and deeper Self with my Self. And I thank you for this with great joy and love!

The other reason for My Ascension is that I Myself accepted fully the new and powerful Cosmic Light that is Pouring with Abundance  into our Solar System. You see, other than most of humanity, I had no hidden obstacles in my Consciousness, I just needed to join with the Higher Conscious Light that is being transmitted from the Great Central Sun, and is being channeled to the most part through our Beloved Sun.

This Divine Cosmic Impulse was sufficient for Me, Gaia, the Spirit of Earth, to ascend, and it was very easy.

In your case you needed to do more work, unraveling forgotten and suppressed content from your personal and collective consciousness into your awareness and releasing it into the Higher Light!

This work has made your ascension often difficult, and is still difficult for many of your human family.

Basically it is really only about allowing the Divine Light entering you and transforming you. That is your consciousness and also your physical  body! But when densities are blocking the light to enter, this creates a “time” of transformation, which is in many cases difficult because it is a process in consciousness which is, as you know, also a process of letting go.

The details of your dense contents are what you must discover with a discriminative mind and hold it over against the truth of Love-Light and Pure Radiance now present around you to release them. And this process is of course not done over night.  Especially not as many obstacles are still placed before your feet every day by those who do not want you to awaken and to purify.

But do not worry, dearest children of God, your  victory is already yours as your very substance is Light and is being re-awakened at this very moment in the depth of your being, by the Loving Will of the Creator-Forces.

From the Divine Heart of this Creative Force a Life-and Light-Birthing Sacred Impulse has been sent out to Re-align all Creation with the Center and Substance of the Universe that is Pure Divine Radiant Consciousness, the Mother-Father- or Shiva-Shakti Force of Divine Eternal Existence.

It is only because of the projected density by those who do not want to let go what is not theirs, in which this planet - that is my 'old' 3dimensional body  - is still held captive, that many of you are not yet able to recognize this Impulse that has been sent to all beings in the Creation of this Universe, as a Gift of Eternal Love of the Divine.

As humanity’s consciousness is rising, my body can fully rise its frequency with it, no longer held back in lower vibrations. The more this is being done, the easier you all will be able to make the transition during the great cosmic  event that will trigger the glorious ascension from this familiar world to the next higher dimensions.

I am waiting for this to happen with great anticipation and joy, to greet you on the other side, where we all, and My Inner and Outer Kingdoms, will be united together, physically and spiritually, in a new Divine Creation again.

Be patient, my children, this is still the time of difficult transition, with one step after the other being done,  to put together all parts of the big puzzle, completing all processes on all levels, purifying and elevating all vibrations, allowing them to adapt in their own time. It is a huge Divine Orchestration that is being processed as We Speak.

I AM always with you all, bearing each one of you in my Great Heart, waiting for you to be One in the United Accomplishment of this Magnificent Adventure!

PERSONAL UPDATE - THIS PLACE IS SACRED!

Beloved Friends,

I was hesitating to publish  this, because it is somehow very personal. And in my experience, going public  with these things is not always very beneficial for oneself. But then I decided to do it anyway, as I am a part of the whole, a piece of puzzle in the big picture of humanity, which can describe the human spiritual possibilities in the process of this huge upgrading of our total universe. So hopefully it inspires you.

Below I have added just short excerpts from my diary about my present process. It is one of the many physical (and spiritual) processes and transformations that I am experiencing since many years. The description is not complete, but gives you an idea what the body is going through at this time, who has to deal with the transformational energies of huge forces of light. 

At the moment I experience a kind of settling down, but my body is still on fire and I must be extremely careful and observing, because any little stress or strain, evoked through dealing with 3dimensional matters, puts my body immediately into disharmony and pain.

So I need to continue to be in a meditative state with as little as possible attention on the "outer world" and its necessities. In this process it remains important to focus on the spirit of light  and to surrender to it, which surrounds and pervades my body, and which can feel like white burning fire if I focus too much into the external world. This includes also typing for this blog using the computer. So I have to learn how to integrate these kind of activities. It is literally about learning a new existence.

I consider my experiences quite natural as they are the natural consequences when we open up to the light and new consciousness that is surrounding us. They are the tangible proof that indeed the situation here on earth has changed already profoundly and that this Place IS Sacred! It all depends on where we put our feeling attention.

From my diary: 

About 3 weeks ago I had a major spiritual experience in my heart and brain. Since then my digestive system went through the roof. It went completely crazy and I couldn’t eat anymore. My body didn’t digest anything. I looked like pregnant in the 9^th month and I had incredible pains in the chest. So I stopped eating altogether for 3 days. I took only water, distilled water! It removes the harmful minerals and many toxins from the body.

I knew I had to change my (already very healthy) diet radically! I considered even to only live from Prana from now on. But then, as I needed to interact with the low vibrational usual world, I started to feel physical weakness, and the urge to eat, at least a few spoonfuls. At the moment its only very little raw and steamed vegetables and some fruit.

What I notice is, that the heart region is the primary source of light, while the light in the brain is secondary and is enlightened by the heart. And there is a pillar of light in the body that connects the heart with the brain, while the light runs upwards from the heart to the brain. That’s how heart and brain are literally connected, while the  heart feeds the brain.

This is the sign that the heart is primary. The brain is secondary, although most believe it is the other way around.

A week later:

An incredible forceful light is in my heart and chest. It is huge, greater than my body, it just is. It is most radiant. The body seems to hang on It like an appendix. This light feels like a hole in the universe, shining through a huge hole in my body. This light is prior to everything and all consuming. It is brilliant. It is more than just an energy center, a chacra. It is the Force of the Reality of Light and Consciousness Itself.

Simultaneously an extremely strong and brilliant beam of light comes out of my third eye, about 8cm long, ending in the external chacra, that is brilliantly glowing, while my inner brain is glowing white too.

There seems to be basically nothing else to exist, than the light. The rest is illusion.

I must have my attention fully on it. The more I do it, the less pain I feel in my body. The pain is very strong and I have heart palpitations. The force of this light is almost too much for the heart. This is indeed a challenge for the physical heart and the physical body altogether. 

This light is formless and of unlimited power and energy. Whereas the physical heart is merely a dense part of the body  that cannot contain that force but must surrender to it. This requires a change in the physics of the body.

I am really afraid to have a heart attack, but in the hospital they couldn't find anything.

The days before this opening, my body felt like permeated by light. This is not the subtle body, that surrounds the physical body. But it is the change of the density of the physical body that itself seems to become lighter, less dense.

Now I experience with my inner eye the atomic structure of it, where there is no density. We all know these images of the circulating particles of an atom which are moving in huge distances from one another.

But when I look from outside at my body it looks of course like always: an opaque mass. However I feel that more light than before is now shining through it, visible for those who can see these things. Whereas the opaque mass appears due to the specific (illusionary) nature of our 3D senses.

Messages and entities, such as the Ascended Masters, appear inside this mass of light in the heart, and not outside of me. This also tells me that I AM part of them, and they are part of me. We are not separate.

What I describe here is humanity’s heritage not just a personal experience, and many have experienced this in the past and might now experience  the same.

I am told to listen to the light, as it is consciousness at the same time and follow It’s guidance. And indeed it speaks to me.

"This is the transition to the other side. It is the liberation from the bondage to the limited form and concept and program of the body-mind and the identification with it.

Now, as I take over, the body-mind is My mere instrument. It is a matter of your identification with Me, and not with the body."  

And there is more communication, but it is personal.

UPDATE: TRUTH IS THE FOUNDATION OF ALL CHANGES

Great things are happening, the promises are manifesting one by one. 

Not yet visible in our “world”, where it seems that nothing changes. But here too much is happening in the background, silently and  still invisibly. 

So to put our loving attention on that and giving it energy, merged with our own audacious heart-dreams,  instead of staring at the surface of appearances and the play we do not like, is the best way to go!

What is now important for us is to focus on the actual change and allow it to happen, the change that is occurring at this time within us and as ourselves. Yes, do not doubt, we ARE being changed, we ARE being newly created!

As the structure of our body-mind changes also our consciousness changes.

And everybody’s experience is different here. Listen to yourself and take the subtle and quiet signs seriously! Do not question them and trust yourself! The more you do this the more obvious and undeniable they become.

I personally experience at this time lots of changes in the brain. There is a clicking, as if certain neural pathways are linking together in a new way. Then there are other sounds, cascades of high pitch sounds, some sound like crystal bells, others like from thin silver chips. Sounds as if a musician tries a new instrument.

And then it seems the height of the scull is growing, it feels literally as if it is becoming higher, as a new ethereal blueprint of light is downloaded, while the body-mass seems to expand into less density.

All of this has an impact on my physical body and the restructuring causes temporary imbalances, necessarily! Often they are painful.

If you don’t feel anything, but physical changes, which might not be always pleasant – it tells you that your transformation is underway. Do not worry if you are not aware of the more subtle changes, as they are occurring anyway. For some it takes some time to accept their own mode of awareness and to awaken to a level of higher frequencies to notice them in their own way.

All of us, who agreed to being part of the ascension process, consciously or unconsciously, receive the new codes into their DNA, because these codes are the information embedded in the new frequencies of light that reach our planet every day, and every day stronger!

While the instrument of our body becomes more refined, the frequency of our body rises, if we let go unnecessary old patterns.

Higher frequency or the light quotient is the basis on which our  consciousness expands. We are more and more able to see and feel more of the elephant, of which we were used to see only the foot. Now we start to see the whole leg and growing! And while this happens we remember ourselves and what our spiritual mission is, what we wanted to accomplish here.

In the deepest core it is always Love and the return to Unity Consciousness. But there are also many other facets for each one of us that emerge in our awareness, based on our individual journeys, that begin to reveal themselves to us.

We make our transformation easier and remove as much as possible resistance and thereby pain, if we

-         firmly assume that EVERYTHING and ANYTHING is possible! Meaning, to let go ANY kind of limiting ideas what will be revealed to us and to be open to the unexpected and the unknown!

-         let go any kind of ideas and presumptions about the process itself and how it should occur and are open, to observe in a neutral and non-judgmental way the process, whatever it might be!

It IS an adventure, something completely new, and many wonders are awaiting us! Lets not fail to look at the wonders while all  the crises arise which this profound transformation brings about, physical crises, mental and emotional crises!

They arise when we must let go of greater densities and erroneous beliefs. When long ago  buried emotions bubble up.  Of course they all come up! And this is a blessing, even if painful! Because we now can welcome them and let them go – into what is Greater, the Freedom, the Happiness, the Light and the Love of our  true Unchanging Divine Being, in which all the changes occur.

Indeed, we can observe that choosing Happiness now in any moment, in whatever way a crisis appears, has become very easy now, because it is Happiness that is in the air, if we look right through the old dark (and fading!)  illusion and what we think is real.

To allow ourselves to recognize Happiness and Love as that which is Real and always Present, because it is the Truth of us, and understand the illusion of everything that is less, is the great and stable foundation for all changes.

We all ARE able to locate that Happiness, that Love! We can begin to discover it when we serve others without expecting results, just being in the space of pure service. To do this we go beyond ourselves which opens our hearts and we feel more of the Love we already Are.

This specific time requires of us to accept, that change of our identity is the constant as far as we are conditional beings. We can accept this if we accept in the midst of it our emerging Forever Unchanging Truth and Reality, Which Is Divine Love-Bliss-Consciousness.

To discover It we must retreat within, into the Field of the Zero-point,  the eye of the Hurricane which has Its seat in the heart. From there we start  with true feeling, feeling to infinity.

It is the foundation of all emotions, when  we expand our contracted heart. In the feeling to infinity all motions and all thoughts come to rest, there is no change. It is equanimity and balances all faculties. This is the first step into the Sacred Heart.

All our ways are blessed, beloved friends. Trust that we all are safe in this Great Divine Process, in Which we discover that we are not separate and that we are all drawn to that One Divine Heart that we all share - if this is our desire.

GLORIOUS REBIRTH OF HUMANITY!

MESSAGE FROM MY HIGHER SELF TO ALL:

There is not much time left. Things are speeding up.

People will grow in consciousness and many will start to go into a new direction, recognizing that they can participate in positive changes.

Soon a completely new understanding what your world is about and what the rules have been for Millenniums, will arise for  the many who are still asleep. This will push the present status quo to its end and a new world will emerge in which people will find themselves as changed beings, even if they might not have been prepared for it. These changes are experienced by many as shock, but they will be thrilled at the same time about the wonders they never expected to be possible to happen!

The shock is a momentum that creates a vacuum in which the great turn about happens, intermittent the resistance of those  who are not yet informed about the Great Event of Ascension.

But soon immense relieve will replace the initial difficulties to deal with the new situation.

Your world is at the brink of being completely turned upside down. This is because Gaia’s light quotient has been rising enormously and is still rising, and that of all those who are the forerunners of this glorious adventure, all meeting the event where your universe is being transformed on its return path to divinity. But this is not all: In the end consciousness will have reached a level of a new completion, humanity has never experienced before!

At this moment enormous energies are colliding, preparing and creating new portals through which a completely new and higher way of life is being funneled. This is like a centrifugal process, where all relics of your old world which are not of unity and love, are being flung out of a spinning vortex to make room for the higher dimensions.

There is a force at work that attracts like a magnet all your 3dimensional and low density patterns which do not belong into your new world, to release them into the higher light, if you do not resist this process. All these patterns are energy structures which have been the constituents of your old identity. And they are being removed, because the new frequencies carry great transformative information. These new frequencies also embed new structural elements into your system, which alter your consciousness in a way that you will not remember your past.

Once you are in the new light and in the opening of the higher dimensions, you will be a new being, purified of all that  which suggests separation, misery, suffering and alienation.

This will be the moment of your glorious rebirth! This is the moment, where all false superimpositions on humanity of the last Millenniums will be shed. This will happen for those who are prepared and willing to participate in the great leap in consciousness and in the creation of a renewed and ascended body.

Yes, it is a dramatic time, but a happy time, and even  more when you surrender to all the experiences which are going to occur, in the knowing that the Wisdom of Divine Love is at work for the sake of your highest good.

Therefore preparedness and trust in the process is a prerequisite for your success. Without it you will resist the course and this could create the distress you want to avoid. 

It is important that you do not cling to the old paradigm's ideas of “loss”, be it your identity or your familiar point of view, or even your ‘possessions’. You cannot know how this event will show itself to you and how you will experience it! All is dependent on whether you personally welcome the change, on your individual point of view, and whether it is based on love and acceptance.

There is already much love and excitement in the air, and much joy! Ride these waves,  they are the wings which carry you to the other side where Divine Perfection is waiting for you!

Replace fear of the unknown with love for your protection and well-being. The Energy of Love creates a shielding field around you that carries you safely through all possibly arising difficulties of the Great Transformation. 

Love is the means to directly connect you with the vibration of the higher dimensions, it is  the  vehicle to experience coherence on your course, preventing emotional and mental disruption. It is the smooth path to your liberation.

Dear friends,

I have been meditating on the date of August 4, as there are several messages, claiming, that our Galactic family would disclose itself on that date.

There is also a channeling saying, that the Pleiadians would be directly landing in London at the Olympics on that day.

So I asked my Arcturian Guides, and they answered in  their function of being part of the Galactic Federation.

Message from the Arcturians:

Dear Ones!

No, we will not land! We will be landing, when you and your planet are ready,  when you have mastered your transition into the next higher dimension! The disclosure of our existence might happen at that time, but there are still some considerations going on about it, mainly whether this is the right time to do this, depending on several circumstances. "Deadlines" are "focus points" for us for possible but not binding actions. We are dealing with a complex circumstance where all parts have to be taken into account.

Please understand, as difficult as this might be for you, that we are not an armada of saviors!

Ascension is a spiritual process, in the first place. And at this special time, it is ultimately also a physical one.

You all have chosen, to incarnate at this time on Gaia, and thereby to have the great opportunity for a quantum leap in your evolutionary process in a short time.

This does not mean that your souls are not already Divine, but the process of experiencing the descend into the darkness, and to bring back that darkness to the Light, is the task you have agreed with.

Thereby you are supported with every help from us and many other Light Beings, energetically, purifying and healing you. But the work is yours, you yourself must walk the path, and that’s why you are here.

Please understand yourself better: Christianity, as it has been preaching since more than 1000 years, has talked you into the belief, that Jesus is your redeemer, by merely “believing” it. In other words, that you can achieve salvation by mere “belief”.

Dear brothers and sisters, if this would be possible according to cosmic and spiritual laws, all Christians, who believe this, would be already liberated! But they are still subject of the present situation and a church, which does not truly serve the Christ Consciousness. By this you recognize the signs of this heresy, which wants to keep you in the lower levels of consciousness!

This false belief in salvation is deeply seated  in many of you, without being conscious of it. And so you have taken this relic of Christian faith to use it in your new faith, the faith in salvation by your galactic families!

Spiritual growth is a process in Consciousness. Meaning, that all your unhappy patterns, belief systems, convictions, emotions, sufferings and limitations, must be recognized and transformed, until your body-mind is completely clarified, to the degree of literal “enlightenment”, by the Light of Divine Consciousness!

This is the process in its perfection. And there are many pathways and there are many intermediate stages. But there are also many of you in your world, who belong to us and other galactic families, and who already went through the ascension process in other dimensions. It is them, together with the ones, who seriously work with the enlightenment of their own body-mind, to create ultimately the necessary percentage of the world population, which shifts your planet into a higher dimension.

In this regard you have already achieved much. All given dates are guidelines. Your ascension process is a living, fluctuating process, and therefore the date of 21.12.12 is also a guideline. Because the result is depending on how many actually are able to use the energies of this date! And some might indeed ascend. 

In the true Divine Process there is no magic, but which many like to believe! There is Grace, yes. But this Process is subject to certain spiritual laws, which nobody can bypass, but which are serving your own, true mastery.

The growing revelation of the practices of your controllers in public and that you are becoming conscious of it, also serves your own growth process! As soon as you become conscious of this reality, your true spiritual path can begin, if you choose so! They show you the topics which you must transform in yourself: your reactions, your fears, your judgements, your belief in darkness, to go beyond it! This is it what it is about! Dates do not matter, but the degree, to which you achieve true Self-Mastery. This is about the Light-Process, and not about some moral self-improvements!  

The Light-Process includes the re-cognition of your true Divine Identity, not only in thoughts and ideas, but as the Realization of Divine Consciousness, which shows Itself also through tangible physical Transformation.

We are here, if you need our help, to strengthen your process, to encourage you, and to provide initiations, if necessary, to support your Evolution in Consciousness.  

You all know that the forces of light are constantly growing on your planet. They exactly serve your own progression, to overcome in yourself all that which is not of the Light and unifying Love.

It would not serve your spiritual growth, to take this learning process away from you. You would deprive yourself of important experiences and practices, which are necessary, so that you can truly learn mastery over duality and lower vibrations, the illusion of limited awareness, separation and suffering. If we would just take you back to your once ”undistinguished" state,  before you incarnated on earth, your whole enterprise with the intention to return from very low density to Divine Consciousness with the full harvest of your own dedicated work, would have failed.

Many misconceptions are spread! Your  controllers love it, to play with fairy tales and magic, to blind you!  It is essential, to see through this!  This is an important step of initiation into full Mastery.
